Integrating with Google Docs means that you will not need to maintain redundant, out-of-synch files. Eventually (and usually it does not take very long), you will have ‘mixed data’ with current data being mixed with out-dated data. The technical term for this is ‘A Mess’ aka, ‘A Nightmare’.
If you have a Google Account, you can open your Google spreadsheets from inside of Younicycle and even Import that spreadsheet in to a real SQL Table. Though NoSQL may have its uses, real SQL remains the dominant choice.
